ABOUT MOW-ME

Mow-me is a marketplace connecting homeowners with independent local service professionals for lawn care and outdoor services. Mow-me is a technology platform only — we do not employ Professionals or guarantee service quality.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

CUSTOMER TERMS

By booking a service you agree to provide accurate property information, ensure property access on the scheduled date, pay the quoted price upon completion, and review the job within 2 hours of completion. If no action is taken within 2 hours, payment is automatically released to the Professional.

PROFESSIONAL TERMS

Professionals are independent contractors, not employees of Mow-me. You agree to provide services professionally, hold required licenses, carry appropriate insurance, and upload a completion photo when marking jobs complete.

PAYMENTS

All payments are processed through Stripe. Quoted prices are estimates confirmed by the Professional before service begins. Disputes must be filed within 2 hours of job completion.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to use the App unlawfully, harass other users, provide false information, arrange off-platform payments with Professionals found through Mow-me, or manipulate ratings and reviews.

DISCLAIMERS

The App is provided "as is." Mow-me is not responsible for the actions of any Professional or Customer. Use of the App is at your own risk.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Mow-me's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the App.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
